When I workout, I am able to produce better content, it helps me think better, I come up with more creative projects and I feel healthy.
The first few months working from home was a struggle. I couldn’t get into a routine and I found myself binge eating. The weight started creeping in.
Lucky for me, I caught myself before it was too late and decided to explore ways to get in shape for women that were easy to do and not too time-consuming.
Here is 10 easy list to follow to get in shape for women
Skip the morning Coffee
Okay, hear me out first (I can already see the eye-rolling). Don’t get me wrong, I love my morning coffees. It wakes me up and I always feel like I am on a roll after one cup.
But if you are truly looking for ways to get in shape for women, then you have to compromise with me.
I started drinking detox water or warm water with lemon first thing every morning and it felt good. Detox water is perfect for flushing out any toxins, it will kick-start your metabolism and help you perform better.

PS, drink 8 glasses of water daily.

Eat a healthy Meal
I work from home and they are times when I am so into the work I am doing, that I sometimes forget to eat. Or the days that I do eat, the meal is not as healthy. Having a bagel with cream cheese won’t cut it.
Little things like that can add up in terms of calories, especially if you sit in front of the computer all day.
Eating a healthy balanced meal is ideal if you want to get in shape for women. Women tend to carry weight easily so just be mindful of what you put in your body. This also included any snacks.
Think whole wheat, no fast foods, fruits, granola etc.
Invest in a Medicine Ball
Medicine balls are awesome. Instead of sitting on my computer chair, I use a medicine ball. It works my core and flexibility all day long.
It’s like working out without really working out. It’s also great for your back, gives you good posture and it’s better than any office chair.
You can also get a medicine ball chair if you really wanted.
Do home workouts
Pinterest is full of amazing workout template ideas you can use and do at home. Print out a few and dedicate yourself to working out at least 10-20 minutes per day. Working out first thing in the morning is ideal.
If you are like me, once you get working, you do not want to stop.
If you can fit your work out in the morning, it means you won’t have to think about it again.

Get some Beauty Sleep
Creative ways to get in shape for women is to get some sleep. Yes! I know that you feel that you have to work 24/7 to see your business grow, but you are wrong. You will only produce and show bad work if you do not rest. Burning out is not fun.
Guess what? Your body burns calories while you sleep! Be sure to get in your 8 hours.
Find a workout buddy
If you can, find someone that will keep you accountable. Maybe you can go for a walk or run every evening for 20 minutes.
Maybe it’s a gym buddy you want if you want to go that route. Ideally, find someone that is just as highly motivated as you are.
Studies show that, if you have someone by your side helping and motivating you, you will get things done. So buddy up.
Change up your workout routine
Don’t forget to mix up your workout routine ladies. Changing up your routine is one of the best ways too get in shape for women.
The change will keep your muscles guessing which is good for burning fat and creating more muscles.
Don’t go too crazy, but swimming, hiking, kickboxing might just do the trick.
Take to the outdoors
Be sure to take some time to go outside from time to time. Even if you work from home, you should be able to hang out with the rest of the world. I found that the best way to get in shape for women was to go for walks. Walk ten minutes every day this week, and keep increasing that. The more you walk, the healthier you will feel.
Ease yourself into a routine
If you want to succeed in getting fit while working from home, then you need to ease yourself into it. No one ever succeeded by just jumping into things.
Take it easy, don’t push and you will see results. As long as you commit to one or two things on this list each week, you will be healthy by the end of the month.
