I’ve been trying LES MILLS on Demand Workouts for the past few weeks. They offer such a great variety of workouts and class lengths as well. Now, I’ve made a personal LES MILLS on Demand Workout Calendar you can use too!

There are official LES MILLS on Demand workout calendars; however, I wanted to create my own. I wanted to mix strength, flexibility, core work and cardio together in a 5-day schedule.
You do get access to their official workout schedules with the Free Trial too though! Their calendars help you start slow and build up to the harder workouts. They’ve also mixed in different classes to help you from getting bored. We designed our LES MILLS on Demand Workout Calendar to include some of our favorite classes! They include:

For our 4-week schedule we really focused on BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, CXWORX, and BODYFLOW. We also included some of the other classes they offer so that you get to try a lot of the programs even during your Free Trial.

If you’re new to LES MILLS on Demand we highly recommend following the Prep Week classes.
These will help you get the most out of the workouts to come, and you’re still going to get a good sweat that first week too!
Most of the prep workouts are 30 minutes or less.
WHAT’S WITH THE NUMBERS ON THE CALENDAR?
You’ll notice BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT and CXWORX have numbers beside them. This is because each of the workouts will be labeled numerically. With this hybrid, you’ll never repeat a workout!
We have chosen some of our favorite classes for you to hop on and try!
The other cool thing is that you can choose how long of a class you want with BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT. The workouts we’ve chosen have the option for you to do the full 60-minute long class or a shortened version.
You’ll notice the BODYFLOW classes, as well as, some of the optional workouts don’t have numbers beside them.
We wanted to allow you some flexibility in the schedule. On these days, you can choose a routine that looks best for you.
Wanting to kick butt today? Try a strength BODYFLOW or an hour long class.
Need to recover and relax? Choose a flexibility based BODYFLOW.
HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?
You can also always choose the best workout length for your schedule and goals.
CXWORX and GRIT are about 30 minutes each.
BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, and BODYFLOW can be up to an hour, but you can always choose a shortened or remixed version to fit your day!
WHAT EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED FOR THIS LES MILLS ON DEMAND WORKOUT CALENDAR?
You’ll need a barbell preferably for BODYPUMP; however, you could probably use free weights to see how you like it to start. You want to use light weights no matter which LES MILLS on Demand workout you’re doing.
CXWORX also uses weighted plates and a resistance tubing at points. You could modify this by not using either one.
BODYCOMBAT and BODYFLOW require no equipment, but you may like a yoga or exercise mat for floor work.
WHAT SHOULD I EAT?
LES MILLS on Demand doesn’t include a nutritional guide. You should talk to your doctor about your diet, but if you’re looking for ideas check out how and what we eat here.
